We are a fast-growing large format printing company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to meeting customer deadlines and ensuring flawless quality on every job. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain finishing equipment (CNC routers, Colex cutter, laminators, plotters).
• Weed, mask, and laminate vinyl graphics with precision.
• Assist with measurements and simple vinyl installations.
• Package and prepare jobs for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
• Follow job ticket instructions accurately — double-checking specs before production.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks to ensure consistency.
• Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized.
• Support the production team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in large format printing, finishing, or related production is a plus (but we will train the right dependable person).
• Strong attention to detail — able to follow written instructions and catch mistakes before they leave the shop.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required
• Team player with a motivated, problem-solving mindset.
• Able to lift/carry 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Organized and focused under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, follow SOPs, and cross-train on multiple machines.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (with occasional overtime when projects require).
• Weekends rare but possible during high-demand seasons.
• Consistent schedule with notice of overtime.

Pay & Benefits

• $17–$25/hour starting range, depending on experience.
• Overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate.
