Jobs at Mesa United Way - Mesa Youth Unite Program

Mesa Youth Unite is a Mesa United Way summer AmeriCorps program. Over 12 weeks, you will work as an AmeriCorps member: tutoring elementary-aged children in reading, assisting with family literacy programming, helping with donations for foster families, and creating summer activities for foster children. Members will also receive weekly trainings on leadership and professional skills.

Requirements:

• Age 18 or older by May 16, 2022
• US citizen or permanent resident
• Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by May 16, 2022
• Complete 300 service hours between May 16, 2022 and August 31, 2022

Compensation:

• $2,652 living stipend
• $1,230 education scholarship upon completion of service
• 12-week leadership training course provided
