Sign shop in Gilbert is looking for a full time HVLP painter. This is an employee position (not contractor) that is paid by the hour (not flat rate). We are willing to further train the right person, however candidates should have some experience with HVLP guns.
Applicants Must:
Have a good attitude and be willing to learn and take direction
Have good math skills to figure out ratios
Be able to repeatedly lift at least 50 pounds
Have working knowledge of hand tools and general shop equipment
Have a mechanical and artistic aptitude
Be able to pay attention to detail
Be willing to help out in shop with any duties necessary and go out on installs if needed
Have a good work ethic, attitude and be a team player
Be dependable (be here on time, good attendance, able to remember and follow thru with directions)
Be clean and organized
Be able to and willing to wear a respirator
Be able to stand all day
Hours
Generally Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm. There may be instances where you may need to come in early and/or stay late to finish a job.
